  • How to place an order?
    • Click categories and look for the specific category you'd wish to shop.  Browse for the products, choose the item you'd like to purchase, choose preferred style and size then add to cart. 
  • I'm not sure of my size! What size should I order?
    • All our styles have size chart or sizing on the image. Please look on the images or on the details of an item you'd like to purchase, there is a suggestion as well on the description of each styles. If still undecided on the sizes, you may send us a message, get in touch with us through live chat and we will help you pick the right size for you.
  • What are your modes of payment?
    • Hip and Frolic accepts cash on delivery via Gogo Xpress or LBC, BDO fund transfer/cash deposit and PayPal for local clients.
    • For international clients, PayPal.
  • How long is your shipping?
    • For NCR, 2-3 days via Gogo Xpress/LBC for onhand items, for not onhand items, about 10-12 days.
    • For provincial, 3-5 days via Gogo Xpress/LBC for onhand items, for not onhand items, about 10-12 days.
    • For US shipping, about 10-12 days.
  • Are all the items on hand and ready to ship?
    • We have on hand and preorder items. There are instances when we ran out of stocks specially on loungewear due to high demand of orders. If incase your order is not available on hand, we will get in touch with you and inform you that we need more time to ship your order. For not on hand item/s, we will be needing 7-10 more days or less before we ship your orders. Our stocks are coming in every week, so the waiting time may be shorter. If for instance, you cannot wait, you may get in touch with us for cancellation. We may require more time to ship but your wait will be worth it! :-) You may check feedbacks section on customer care.
  • Do you accept refund and exchange of item or size?
    • We accept change of item or size within 5 days of receiving the order/s. However, we don't accept refund.
